- You can write and post a review of the doctor who performed your DOT physical or read other reviews through the online service O.T. Doc.
- You can use paper logs for up to eight days while you’re having issues with your ELD. After that, you need to request an extension. To do that, email ELD-Extension@dot.gov.

- Turn east (right) on Mulberry Street.
- Turn north (left) on the east frontage road.
- Continue north (straight) across Vine Drive (county Road 48).
- Stay on east frontage road.
- Turn west (left) on Mountain Vista Drive (county Road 50).
- Turn north (right) onto northbound I-25.
- Southbound I-25 Detour
- All traffic will be directed off the highway at exit 271 (Mountain Vista Drive / CR 50).
- Turn east (left) on Mountain Vista Drive (county Road 50).
- Turn south (right) on the east frontage road.
- Then turn west (right) on Mulberry Street (state Route 14.)
- Enter southbound I-25.
