The FMCSA has been seeking input on some proposed changes to the Hours of Service regulations, starting with a recent listening session at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas. Terry Scruton takes a look back at that listening session plus a second session that dealt with autonomous vehicles, with OOIDA Manager of Federal Affairs Jay Grimes.
