The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted an issue that has long plagued the trucking industry – the shortage of safe, secure places for truckers to park. Land Line Magazine is keeping close watch on the issue and offers regular updates.


III. Obesity’s link to cancer

Tell someone that something is linked to cancer, and they’ll likely to do something about it. However, one condition definitely connected to cancer is among the toughest to overcome – obesity.


IV. Truck parking bill gathers support

Several more members of Congress have signed on to support a bill titled HR 6104, which would provide federal funding to create more truck parking. Also, a factor that’s slowing down other members of Congress from showing their support.
