North Carolina and Washington state are taking steps to help the truck parking shortage. Also, Roadcheck ends tonight. Meanwhile, a pilot program for younger drivers is underway. Towing reform is close to happening in Missouri, and action may come on both left lane restrictions and speed differentials. We’ll have information about upcoming truck shows. TRACER alert

  • OOIDA’s TRACER system has issued an alert on a stolen truck. The red 2013 Peterbilt Conventional 386 has “D Rob Trucking” written on the doors. It was last seen on Hunter Industrial Drive in Villa Rica, Georgia. A $500 reward is offered for information leading to its recovery.
