- An invasive insect is causing havoc for agriculture in the northeastern U.S. – and truckers could face fines for not following required procedures to fight it. Mark Reddig finds out what you need to know from Jim Jefferson of OOIDA’s Business Services Department.

- OOIDA’s TRACER system has issued an alert on a stolen truck. The red 2013 Peterbilt Conventional 386 has “D Rob Trucking” written on the doors. It was last seen on Hunter Industrial Drive in Villa Rica, Georgia. A $500 reward is offered for information leading to its recovery.

North Carolina and Washington state are taking steps to help the truck parking shortage. Mark Reddig covers that, plus Roadcheck and a pilot program for younger drivers, with Jay Grimes of OOIDA’s Washington, D.C., office.
- Truckers who are having a difficult time finding parking spaces in North Carolina will have an opportunity to let the state government know what needs to be done. The North Carolina Department of Transportation will be hosting five truck parking workshops June 4-7.
