  • Minnesota is asking the FMCSA to reconsider its application for an exemption from regulations dealing with CDL skills testing procedures. Comments are now open and can be made here until Dec. 30.
  • The National Coalition on Truck Parking will conduct its next meeting on Dec. 1 from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. CST. The meeting will be virtual and open to the public. You can register here.
  • Drivers who use Rand McNally ELDs are being told to use paper logs and prepare for an 8-day FMCSA exemption. OOIDA members can call 816-229-5791 during business hours for support.
