LLN (7/20/18) –  OOIDA has a new president. And he is a trucker who sold his rig and went to work representing others in his profession. But how did he get into it in the first place? We’ll find out. Segment 1

Daimler Trucks North America is recalling more than 18,000 Freightliner Cascadia model year 2018-2019 tractors because of a brake issue. Daimler says it will begin notifying owners on Aug. 13, and dealers will inspect the brake caliper mounting bolts and tighten if necessary for free.
