LLN (1/2/19) – Hours of service and truck parking are likely to remain top issues in trucking in 2019. Also, freight and rates get a boost as trucks become harder to find. Diesel prices close out 2018 on a downward trend. And state issues for 2019 likely include permit taxes, non-consensual towing, lane restrictions and split speed limits.
