II. HVUT around the corner; one PIN to rule them all
One of those regular, every single year, have to file it, pieces of paperwork is just around the corner. Also, the FMCSA has just simplified online access for a host of functions necessary to trucking operations.

Freight rates are still searching for the bottom of the barrel, but the upcoming produce season may help things bounce back a little.
IV. Infrastructure plans hit a snag
For a long time, the president has wanted a big infrastructure plan. Many in the House would like to include that as part of the relief and stimulus bills dealing with the COVID-19 crisis. But now, one very powerful senator may stand in the way.
