LLN (3/21/19) – The FMCSA has issued an hours-of-service waiver for flood relief efforts. Also, several produce industry groups have asked FMCSA for changes to the hours of service and ELD regulations. Meanwhile, signs are growing that hours-of-service reform is on the way. Also, a federal agency debunks the driver shortage myth. Both Michigan and Minnesota are considering changes in their fuel taxes. We’ll have information about upcoming truck shows.
