II. Hours of Service – Classes help clear it up

The latest changes to the hours of service are in effect, but when you get into the fine print they can be confusing. The OOIDA Foundation has created a series of informative online videos to help reduce the confusion.

Freight and rates flattened a bit during the last week of September, but a holiday boost should soon be on the way.

The U.S. Department of Labor has launched an effort to better define who is an employee and who is an independent contractor.
