Having the right insurance coverage for a trailer can depend on many things – whether it’s a rented or owned, or even whether the trailer itself is considered cargo.
IV. Slow progress on towing, split speed issues
Slow but steady progress is being made toward solving problems with nonconsensual towing in several states, as well as an infamous split speed limit. We’ll have an update.
