Insurance claims can get rejected for any number of reasons, but there are a few preventative measures you can take to protect yourself in the event you have to file a claim. Terry Scruton talks about some of those measures with Trina McIntyre and Stacey Sanders of OOIDA’s Truck Insurance Department.
