SJ Munoz joins Land Line team

Land Line Magazine is proud to introduce its newest staff writer, SJ Munoz, to the team.

Munoz brings a variety of skills to the job as he has experience as a reporter, photographer and in radio.

“Versatility has been the focus of my career,” Munoz said. “As I began acquiring hands-on experience while working toward a journalism degree, the need to be skilled in all aspects of media was apparent.

“But while much has changed, storytelling remains the same.”

Munoz has worked for local radio stations and daily newspapers. He’s also written for Omaha Magazine, the Lawrence Journal-World, and PrepsKC.com.

Before joining Land Line in December, Munoz worked as a copy writer for a Kansas City-based real estate company.

“Now, I look forward to learning the intricacies of the trucking industry and helping those on the road tell their stories,” he said.
