2006 Freightliner stolen in Georgia; Utility reefer stolen in Texas

TRACER Alerts have recently been issued for two incidents, one involving a stolen reefer trailer and the other a stolen semi truck.

A TRACER Alert has been issued for a stolen white 2006 Freightliner ST120.

The Freightliner has a Georgia license plate with the number C122AA. The VIN is 1FUJBBCK06LU40680.

According to the report, it was stolen in the early morning hours of Aug. 12 from Conyers Street in Dekalb County, Ga.


A TRACER Alert has been issued for a stolen 2014 Utility reefer trailer.

It is white and has a Texas license plate with the number 4RF8208. The trailer’s VIN is 1UYVS2531EU786908.

The trailer has “JB Trans” on all sides.

According to the report, it was stolen in the early morning hours of Aug. 15 from Fischer Road in San Antonio.

A $500 reward is offered for information leading to the recovery of the truck or the trailer. Call 202-246-2698.

TRACER, the Transportation Alert Communication and Emergency Response program, was launched in 2009 by OOIDA. The program is a two-way communication system that sends alerts to members and coordinates information received from trucking members.
